Rental-only Development Coming to Elkhorn Area

A new housing development called Aerie Blue Sage is being built across from Elkhorn South High School in Omaha. The project includes four types of rental properties: cottages, townhomes, single-family homes, and apartments. Developer Joe Slosburg highlights the area's strong demand for rentals, especially due to the proximity to a sought-after school district and favorable demographics in Elkhorn. The development will feature 42 homes, 109 cottages, 36 townhomes, and 140 apartments. It will also offer private entrances, outdoor spaces, a clubhouse, and pickleball courts.
